First Time Central Heating
Includes: radiators, boiler, heating controls, trickle vents, extractor fans

Switching to gas
You can be eligible for first time central heating if you switch to gas central heating through funding. This entitles you to free radiators for each room, free heating controls such as TRV's, programmer, room thermostat, water magna and a free boiler.

This is subject to conditions. The property will have to be on gas prior to April 2022. Our team are here to help guide you through the process
Building regulations
In order to install first time central heating, the property will need to be insulated to building regulations. This means walls and roofs should have insulation at a certain depth. We can check for current insulation or install insulation for free to your property prior to first time central heating.

Ventilation
To ensure adequate ventilation is present in the property there are other elements required in order to meet building regulations. This includes installing trickle vents to all windows and ensuring sufficient space in door undercuts. We can also install extractor fans in wet rooms (kitchen and bathroom) completely free of charge under ECO funding. This is a requirement prior to FTCH being carried out.
